SERVICE

Do you provide service year around?

Yes, we do.

Service is missed occasionally for things like holidays, extreme weather, etc. We will skip that week’s cleanup and perform double the work the following week. You will still be charged due to 2 weeks of accumulated waste in the yard.

There is no service on Sundays and Mondays.
There is no service on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.
Occasional vacation days will be taken and we will provide you with advanced notice. These days will be very minimal.

Yes you can. We operate Tuesday – Saturday every week (no service Sunday or Monday).

We are not able to provide arrival windows. Our schedule changes regularly and we must optimize our routes on a day-by-day basis. But, your day of service will remain the same.

Absolutely, as long as the dog is not aggressive.

No, you do not have to be home when we clean.

MISCELLANEOUS

How do you dispose of the waste?

We will double bag the waste and place it in your trash can (or we can dispose of it if your prefer).

We clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side
yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

⦁ Gates should be unlocked when we arrive. (If you provide us with gate codes, we will always
lock up once we are done.)
⦁ Lawns should be cut on a regular basis without large amounts of leaves or debris.
⦁ Aggressive dogs must be left indoors on scheduled service days.

BILLING

Yard Scoops has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $45 per month. However,
pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Using one of the
Quick Quote b uttons will provide you with a specific price for your individual situation.

There no contract. You will receive a terms of service agreement that will need your signature. It essentially just spells out what you can expect as part of our service.

Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. 
If you are not signing up for regular service (instead choosing a one-time cleanup), payment is due upon completion of the job. 

SAFETY

How can I be sure my dog and property are safe?

We use kennel-grade disinfectant on our tools and shoes between each customer to help prevent the spread of germs. We will send you a picture of your secured gate at the conclusion of each service to confirm that your dog is safe. Additionally, all employees must pass a thorough background check.
