Dog Waste Removal 

All rates are based on properties that are 1/8 acre in size. Properties larger than 1/8 acre will be subject to an additional charge.

Payments 

A credit card is required so that payments may be made automatically on the first of each month.

Payment for one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.

If a payment is late, you will be subject to a $10 late fee.

If payment is not received prior to the first service date of each month, services will be stopped immediately.

During the months that have five weeks, you will not be charged for the extra visit for that month.

When linking your card for payment, a $1.50 test transaction will take place but your card will not be charged.

If sales tax applies to the client’s service area, the client will be responsible for payment of the tax.

The client agrees to pay all collection and attorney fees incurred by the service provider seeking to bring to account current.

Accounts that are past due 45 days or more are subject to being referred to a collection agency.

Access

If we are not able to access your property for service for any reason, you will still be charged for the performance of that service. We will try again on our next visit with the intention of cleaning up double the amount of waste.

Holidays

We observe the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

If your service date coincides with one of these holidays, service will be postponed until the following scheduled day. We will clean the dog waste in the yard at that time, typically twice the normal amount.

Vacations

Your service days may be changed when we take vacation days. You will be notified in advance if this is to happen.

Fences

We are not responsible for dogs who escape due to a faulty fence, gates, or latches.

Scheduling

We may temporarily change days of service due when necessary i.e. due to weather, illness, vacations, holidays, vehicle issues, etc.

Weather

We intend to provide service even when the weather is bad. However, in cases of extreme heat or cold, we reserve the right to skip service for your property. We will clean the dog waste upon the next scheduled service day that weather permits.

Our Guarantee

In the unlikely event that we miss some dog waste, please contact us right away. We’ll return to make things right (typically on the same day). Return requests must be made within 24 hours of the last service.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page.

Cancellation Policy  

We do not use contracts. You are free to cancel service at any time for any reason with 24 hours notice. Refunds for partial service months are not issued.
